The *pop* I'm used to hearing usually goes hand in hand with one of my kids hitting the other one.

Then there's the *pop* of my hand on their butt!!!

Then there's the *pop* of my wife's hand on my head!!!

Then there's the *pop* of my opening the beer can to relieve the pain...

Followed by a another *pop* on my head for drinking a beer.(I don't really drink, or as clinton might say - I drank but didn't swallow!!!)

So I hear pops all the time.
