This is my first try with a Control Deck so I do not know how it will work.

You have 16 counters and 8 bounce type spells, seems a bit much.
Rout, WOG and Magus of the Disk could help with board control.
Maybe some other evasion creatures like Shadow or unblockables.
Sigil of sleep on an unblockable is some good control, say Metathran Elite or the soldier.
Also some kind of artifact/enchantment removal is useful.
