Destroy all lands. Each land deals 1 damage to each creature and each player.
"The travel ban, now made useless by the coming onslaught, would be the mistake that would cost our aging, frazzled lord the entire continent."
-Darrow, Advisor to Chancellor Omnis

BTW: Upheaval would be the red/blue set, meaning that thouse two colors would get most of the good stuff. Black got Thorme's Decree, and that's just wrong with any less than a 5-mana casting cost.

All Nightstalkers in play get +5/+5 Perminantly. All NIghtstalkers in the graveyard are returned to play under their owners control with +2/+2 counters on them.

Black is neutral to Red and Blue, since it likes both. The threat of Nightstalkers and other Black/Excarian delicacies would serve as ways to keep Doram (red) from dealing too much with Xinwa (green), and Triskell from dealing too much w/Tsumara (White).

I'm really trying to un-break Upheaval. I hope this card is well-balanced.

Put a death counter on Nightstalker when it comes into play, and during your upkeep.
0,Tap: destroy target creature with a death counter on it.
0: Sacrifice three death counters on Nightstalker to put a death counter on creature of your choice.
