Well, everyone got their guess in so we'll wrap this up way early.

  1. Founded Spencer's Gift shops. (TomB)
  2. Invented the Percy hammer, used in machining airplane parts. (BigBlue)
  3. Invented biodiesel. (Oversoul)
  4. Invented of the microwave oven. (CORRECT!)
  5. Invented the Super-Soaker water gun. (Ransac)
  6. Founded Spencer's Gifts, a store for unusual and offbeat gifts. (Mooseman)
  7. Invented the perfume dispenser. (Limited)
  8. Prominent Hollywood studio boss during the early era of American film who greenlighted such films as The Wizard of Oz and The Philadelphia Story. (Melkor)
  9. First full-time African-American law professor at Columbia University. (sageridder)
  10. First person to die in a bungee jumping accident. (Jigglypuff)

Mooseman, BigBlue, and Jigglypuff chose sageridder's answer.
Limited and Melkor chose Ransac's answer.
Oversoul chose BigBlue's answer.
TomB chose Melkor's answer.
sageridder chose Oversoul's answer.
Ransac got it correct!

sageridder and Ransac get 3 points.
BigBlue, Melkor, and Oversoul get 1 point.

Scores:

Ransac 12
TomB 11
Limited 7
sageridder 6
DarthFerret 5
Melkor 5
BigBlue 4
Mooseman 4
Oversoul 4
Jigglypuff 3
EricBess 1

Ransac shoots into the lead!

Question: I was planning to stop this after Question 10, when every category had two turns. Is that too "early" and you guys want to go to each category 3 times, or go to a certain amount of points (right now, I'd say 25)?

I'd stick to ten questions. We could always start a new round after this one ;)

Oh that stings, I intended to give the correct answer, but the supersoaker and microwave numbers got transposed in my head.
