Recoup might be a cute trick (recur the hammer or whatever), I dun know?

Have you play tested yet?
I wonder if you'll have enough cards in your hand when it comes time to cast the Dreams?
You'll probably hold some mountains to discard to Dreams, right(just guessing here)?

My opinion, probably not a very good one.
Couple more Mountains.

Maybe an idea to splash blue for card draw, I don't know?
