In case anyone is wondering that card came out of the portal 3 kingdoms expansion which was never released in the US.

Sadly yes I'd rather have Overwhelming forces (the most in friggin sane card advantage imaginable) than Plague Wind

Cateran Emperor i think the wind is an instant. Thats why it seems to cost a lot more.

I think Overwhelming Forces says

"Destroy all your opponents' creatures. Draw a card....."

So nothing about ALL creatures you don't control, or regenerating.

But that's just the card that I have in front of my eyes. Maybe there's been Errata?

Overwhelming Forces = What I said, however I was not completely correct in it's wording. They CAN regenerate

both of themare useful, i would use the plague wind though,with overwhelming forces, after spending 8 mana, getting a hand load of new cards could be tricky business.
