BCS going to 5 bowl games - great for football or bad for football?...

Depends, is the 5th BCS game a real championship game? No. It is good for some mid-major conference that may get in, but as they said on PTI, they should go to a playoff, and that the entire system is a fraud.

I'm all for playoffs...

and the 5th is actually for a championship... It will be in the rotation for which bowl is the natioanl championship each year...

I think a 16 team playoff is the way to go - but then yo'll have the 17th team griping their score was not fairly calculated...

either way - there will be complaints...

playoofs just show the team that beat down the other seeds - and I think that is what is needed...

What I meant was the (this year) winner of the Rose Bowl and the winner of the Sugar Bowl would play in the 5th game, but thats not gonna happen. (Go LSU)
