This is for Raisin (now Legacy). Oath, Dream Halls, and Wheel are banned.

No card is completely unexplored. Some are more explored than others though...

That makes sense, I guess. It has the advantage of being cheap... ...and blue. :p

What would be a good target for that?

Lake of the Dead is poor with Braids. It would be worth it, although I think it provides a midgame boost the deck wouldn't need... Unsure about Stronghold...

How are Tinker or Welder patriotic cards?

Crucible and Strip Mine is good enough by itself. That's not really exploiting Land Equilibrium, is it?
