No, I don't think that abusing a concept is the necessarily same as "breaking" it or finding an infinite combo of some sort. In any case, morph is a mechanic that works outside of Limited (although not very many of the morph creatures are particularly good). I don't know about ninjutsu yet though...

What is the point here? That you can weaken any card by changing it in some way? That should be obvious enough... The mana cost is the easiest thing to alter (although it won't work with lands). As far as the cards on the list go, to me they are not problematic or anything. They are staples...

No Spiritmongers, Deeds, Hermits, or Plaguelords? Well, it's certainly unorthodox for a Rock deck... I know this is MP, but I think an edict effect of some sort would be desirable here. There are several options available (Diabolic Edict, Chainer's Edict, Innocent Blood, Abyssal Gatekeeper, etc.)

Something bugs me about cards that mention how a rule of the game won't apply (Relentless Rats, Mirror Gallery). Crackdown, if the Mirror is Disenchanted, all of the legends in play that are there in multiples die simultaneously. This is a state-based effect, or something similar...
