You might want an additional copy of Stronghold in there, in case it gets hit by Night Soil or something like that...

Abyssal Gatekeeper can be useful for that (unless everyone is using flying creatures). You're already using Propaganda, which I think might be the best answer to that problem. What would your typical Gifts stack look like when playing this deck?

Carrow finds the goblin arrows unsuitable, but eventually finds one of his own arrows intact.

What sort of decks do you expect to be playing against? And have you considered Recurring Nightmare? Excellent synergy with Kokusho, although you'd want more than just Eternal Witnesses for it to work.
