UW w/Iridescent Angel

Questions:

• Are the Cameos unnecessary?
• Are the Legacy Weapons/Crystal Quarry's Useless?
• Would it be better to use Opt or something else
  instead of, Word of Wisdom?
• Is the deck too to anti-creature oriented?
• Will burn automatically beat this?

Any other general advice?
Just go back to the drawing board?
Copy a NetDeck and play that?

I wanna see if the main deck is worth putting
together first before I put to much thought into
the sideboard.

As far as the cameo's go what are you trying to do with them? I put diamonds in my u/w/r deck and they let me cast Lightning angel on turn 3 which was good. Are you putting them in to accelerate your mana? are you trying to cast the angel on turn 6 instead of seven? I really don't see that as being an issue. I can't see why these aren't land. I think you need syncopate. I would take the 2 exclude and 4 words of wisdom and trade them for 3 disrupt and 3 syncopate. otherwise it looks good.

Seashell Cameo:
Well,
I guess it's just the fear of not having the UU or
the WW when I need it (happens to me all the time )

Syncopate:
At first I had Syncopate in the place of Exclude,
then changed my mind, but I can't remember why,
now.

Card drawing:
So, you think more counters would be better than
more card drawing? I was kind of thinking:
"I have just two cards that let me reduce my
opponents life total to zero, so I really need
to find one of those guys." (I have no patience,
I guess shouldn't play control decks huh? )

In a deck like this the only concern is that you have an angel by the time you draw your 50th card. You might want to put in Life burst to save you from the kicked rages.

I was thinking I would side in Reverse Damage
against kickered rage's.

That would probably be best. no need to main deck cards that really don't help you win. I am going to post my U/R counter burn deck and would like some suggestions. thanks

Diamonds better than Cameos.
Opt probably better than Words.
Nice idea with the weapon but probably too slow,
also cuts the number of coloured mana early.
Would quite like a lifegain card or two,
maybe 4 Life Burst in the board?
Is Mahamoti better than Angel?
Is Aether Burst better than Repulse?
really not sure.

Opt better than Words? - Yes.
Weapon/Quarry - Too unreliable.
4x Life Burst in board vs. speed - Yes.
Mahamoti better than Angel - No. Angel is much harder to stop.
Aether Burst better than Repulse - No. Repulse replaces itself. Burst doesn't.

But you should see your local metagame... I have tried the burst against tokens and it's very, very broken... Call of the Herd and Roar of the Wurm just hate it...

I would like to know your thoughts about Standstill in this deck... Probably removing a Syncopate and a Counterspell and put two mainboard... As for sideboard, I think of Aegis of Honor as the best anti kickered rage enchantment... But besides two more Wrath, I'm not sure what to do against fast beatdown... Maybe Moat??? or Glacial Wall??? Gainsay is a must against any kind of blue control...
