New MM deck idea, need some input, fellas

Okay, I was thinking about Squee, Spellshapers, and the proto-Spellshaper Masticore. I know this seems rather meta-gamish, and all of you know, I'm highly against that. However, I absolutely love Kris Mage because the art is cool and while not quite on par with Fireslinger, it can be great with Squees in hand. So, this is what I've come up with so far.

"Goblin-Tossing: For Fun and Profit"

RED:
4 Hammer of Bogardan
4 Kris Mage
4 Squee, Goblin Nabob
4 Viashino Sandscout

GREEN:
2 Collective Unconsciousness (?-Is there an alternative card drawer that will work?)
4 Heart Warden
4 Lanowar Elves
4 Yavimaya Elder

ARTIFACTS:
4 Masticore
2 Scrying Pool
2 Thran Turbine-helps pay for Masticore, can be pitched if you don't have one in play yet.

Lands: (22)
5 Forest
2 Gaea's Cradle
2 Karplusan Forest
8 Mountain
4 Treetop Village

Sideboard:
4 Avalanche Riders
2 Magistrate's Veto
3 Seismic Mage/Dawnstrider (Don't know how effective Seismic Mage is.)
2 Snake Pit
4 Stone Rain

So, can anyone think of ways to better this deck?

Explain to me what a Scrying Pool does?

I would personally have Dawnstrider maindeck, as it stops so many decks flat out. And perhaps Worldly Tutor could be of use? You could go snag a 'Core, or a Squee, or the spellshaper needed for a certain situation...

Good deck idea, though. I'm already trying to make deals to get 4 Squee, but no one wants to trade them away. :-(

2,T: Choose a number, if your opponent has that many cards of a color in hand, draw and card. (Oh, yeah, look at their hand!)

Not exact wording, but the general idea's there. I think worldly would work better than the pool. Thanks, Zadok!

Hmm... Actually, Dune, I was joking. See, the card is called Scrying _Glass_, not pool. I guess I was a bit obscure (or just stupid...)

What about the Green "lands become forests" spellshaper? He's not the best, but you have a bunch of mana acceleration, and you just might be able to make a lock... I dunno, just a guess.
