My favorite is scour. I think Gnutella sucks. It's complicated and stupid.

Me 2! I downloading some-... whoops done! I love downloading from people wit' T3 modems. hehe. I had it going at like 160 kbps a second ago.

I LOVE T3s!!! I once downloaded something from a T3 at 300kbps. But I mostly get around 30kbps though.

Never heard of Scour before. What's the URL?

Napster works great for me, but I'm not paying when I can get them for free off of an FTP site.

Gnutella sucks. It never works on my computer. Excellent concept, but too complicated.

I haven't really tried any of the others cause napster seems to work fine for me, and I don't think I will until napster starts costing something.

I know someone with a napster file that was about 5 gigs! :eek:

I have 1692megs on my hard drive. I also have 7 nearly full cds. All together I have 6242 megs or 6 gigs. Most of that is movies.

great then the choice of downloading utilities is scour!
good cuz napster is the biggest peice of sh*t ive ever seen
sorry i guess i love metallica too much to forsake a band cuz of a trendy computer program thats not gonna be around another year

Scour might not be around for very long either because it is currently under attack by the movie industry. Apparently some people have been downloading movies for FREE.

I used Napster, then it got banned by my college network :(

Then I used Scour, it got banned too :(

Well, yall gotta see, Scour is much more obessed about who exactly they let in on there network (Due to the whole mettalica thing).
So, the result is you get a large network of odd fanatics that usually are zealots of the porn industry.

grrr...
