Fun idea. How about whirlwind? Downdraft doesn't seem too impressive. Or maybe replace it with some card drawing?

Also fun, add some effects to give flying to opponents' creatures *grin*:

Sometimes I really regret missing the whole Invasion block. There tons of fun cards in it!
