I think You need to have multiple copies of certain cards, instead of one of this and one of that. That will make your deck more focused and easier to play. Also try to keep Your deck at 60(I think I counted 65) card. the odds of drawing the cards You need will increase(assuming this deck is for dueling)

As far as tips to playing Blue. I think there are two really important thing remember.
  • Don't waste counterspells, for example: don't counter a Dark Ritual. Wait for what comes after. Don't counter Tinker wait for the Phyrexian Colossus(sp?)
  • If at all posible Leave Yourself two untaped Islands (Always keep um guess'in)[/list=a]

This is off topic but you really should counter the Tinker as you can't counter the Colossus that it brings into play :D

Oops:eek:, bad example. He's right of course, but You get the idea. Only counter thing that are a real threat to You.

Try this: cards need to be repeated in order that they be drawn. I put in the best cards I could find and tried to repeat them to the right measure. see what you think.
