Controlled Chaos isn't very much so, because what if you have a Howling Mine and you play it twice and buy it back both times? 6 cards next turn. You should either make it draw a card at the beginning of the next turn, instead of another draw phase, or remove the free buyback option. Maybe sac an artifact for the buyback instead?

Well, controlled choas was made to be a combo card with Howling Mine, but I do think its buyback thing is kinda crazy.
