Tap your Plains for WW.

Play and sacrifice Dedicated Martyr. You are at 4. G still floating.

Tap your Shivan Reef for RR. You are at 3.

Tap your Caves of Koilos for 2. GRR2 in pool.

Play Skizzik with kicker. Mirari's Wake makes it a 6/4 creature.

Attack for the kill.

(not double counting stuff like skizzik+mountain and skizzik+martyr)

but I can't make Centaur Chieftain work

If the opp were at 5 life instead of 6 - Anger and a mountain. Cast Anger, then the Kavu, killing anger, attack with Kavu (5/3 thanks to Wake). That would be cool, but alas, 6 life
